If you are a relatively new agent, unless you believe strongly in the mentor/protégé relationship, then we are probably not a place for you to consider. We place significant emphasis on either having sufficient transactional experience or being willing to be coached by someone who does.
Lone rangers and those who don’t ascribe to an abundance mentality need not apply. This may sound somewhat exclusive, but we would rather be of like mind in this area such that our quality of service and approach to business is consistent across our network. We will be professional and personal. We will abide by the highest moral code. We will work diligently when we work but will also place value in rest and recovery. We will build a team of professionals who are a cut above the rest and who trust one another explicitly. We will not be the biggest, but we will be the best.
