We understand that a client does not choose someone to represent them based upon the brokerage where their shingle resides. Rather, they choose them because they are competent….they can be trusted….they will be responsive….they will put the client’s best interests above their own….they will tell the truth all the time, even when it hurts.
In all fields of endeavor, experience has been and will always be the best teacher. For this reason, we require our broker associates to have a minimum number of years in the business and a minimum number of transactions under their belt.
